12 नवम्बर,2021 को देश भर में राष्ट्रीय उपलब्धि सर्वेक्षण (एन.ए.एस) परीक्षा सम्पन हो गयी है । यह शिक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा किए गए छात्रों के सीखने का राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर एक बड़े पैमाने पर सर्वेक्षण मात्र है । यह सर्वेक्षण शिक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा प्रति वर्ष किया जाता है । यह राष्ट्रीय स्तर का सर्वेक्षण, केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड (सी.बी.एस.ई) द्वारा इस वर्ष राज्य सरकार के कक्षा 3, कक्षा 5, कक्षा 8 और कक्षा 10 के छात्रों के लिए मूल्यांकन प्रशासक के रूप में किया गया। करोनाकाल के बाद यह पहली सबसे बड़ी परीक्षा/सर्वेक्षण रही है। छात्र -छात्राओं ने पूर्व तैयारी के साथ इस परीक्षा में बड़े उत्साह के साथ भाग लिया । विद्यालय स्तर पर एक महीने पूर्व से इस परीक्षा की तैयारियाँ खूब जोर -शोर से चल रही थी। एन.ए.एस परीक्षा को लेकर विशेष रूप से सरकारी स्कूल के सभी छात्र -छात्राओं सहित अध्यापक /अध्यापिकायें , अभिभावक बहुत ही उत्साहित नजर आए । सरकारी स्कूल , सहायता प्राप्त स्कूल, गैर सहायता प्राप्त निजी स्कूल और केंद्र सरकार के स्कूल का सर्वेक्षण कुछ चुने गए स्कूलों की निगरानी के माहौल में किया गया।
समीक्षा
राष्ट्रीय अथवा राज्य स्तर पर इस प्रकार का सर्वेक्षण/परीक्षा का होना निश्चित रूप से छात्र -छात्राओं के सीखने की जिज्ञासा एवं मनोबल को बढ़ाता है। साथ ही इस प्रकार के सर्वेक्षण/परीक्षा आयोजित करने से विद्यालय परिवेश के साथ -साथ क्षेत्रीय परिवेश में शिक्षण के प्रति अभिभावकों में भी जागरूकता उत्पन होती है। अध्यापकों , बच्चों एवं अभिभावकों में अच्छा प्रदर्शन करने का जूनून होता है। किन्तु शिक्षण क्षेत्र के ग्रामीण परिवेश में इतना कर लेना पूर्ण नहीं है। राजीव गाँधी नवोदय विद्यालय प्रवेश परीक्षा एवं जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय आदि प्रवेश परीक्षाओं के लिए भी ठीक राष्ट्रीय उपलब्धि सर्वेक्षण (एन.ए.एस) की तर्ज पर पात्र छात्र -छात्राओं के लिए मुख्य परीक्षा से पहले अभ्यास परीक्षा अध्यापक / अध्यापकों की निगरानी में पूरी तैयारी के साथ में आयोजित होनी चाहिए । इस प्रकार की परीक्षाओं से आगे भविष्य में सभी प्रतिभागी छात्र -छात्राएं निश्चिंत रूप से लाभान्वित होंगे। साथ ही विद्यालय में पैनल प्रक्रिया (बाहरी अध्यापकों का समूह ) का होना बच्चों की सीखने की उपलब्धि में अवश्य ही वृद्धि करेगा। कार्यालय कार्यो के लिए प्राथमिक एवं जूनियर विद्यालय में पृथक कर्मचारी नियुक्त होने से पठन-पाठन कार्यो पर कोई प्रतिकूल प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा।

For eligible students on the lines of National Achievement Survey (NAS) for Rajiv Gandhi Navodaya Vidyalaya Entrance Examination and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Entrance Examination etc., practice examination before the main examination for the eligible students, under the supervision of teachers / teachers. should be held together. All the participating students will definitely be benefited from these types of examinations in future. Also, having a panel process (group of external teachers) in the school will definitely increase the learning achievement of the children.
